I really need to start updating this blog more often! So much has happened and I really feel like this year has really started off great! Let's see....
Nina FINALLY came to Hawaii after almost a year of excited anticipation! I took the whole week off from work because I knew that I wasn't going to be feelin' Changs once she got here! She got in and I greeted her with a lei at the airport and the week was filled with ALOT of eating and ALOT of drinking! Unfortunately there wasn't alot of sun because the weather here has been pretty cloudy and rainy, but towards the end of her stay the sun came out enough for us to tan a little... not quite BRAZILIAN, but... we tried. The week really did go by SO fast and before I knew it we were taking her back to the airport... I'll post pictures later! (I know I always say that, but I will! For some reason the uploader isn't working right now)
I just went back to work last night after a week of spending way too much money and not working so I have to hit the ground running and make some money before the month is over! My goal is to make $2,042 by the end of the month! Maybe unrealistic, but it's interesting to see how close I can get!
I have a double tomorrow so if I survive it I'll update more often! AND post pictures!
The year has started off strong and I'm feeling very positive!
To sum up the end of 2008... I went back to Atlanta to celebrate Christmas and my sister's 50th birthday! I stayed at Nina's place and that way got to spend time w/ my family during the day and then got to party with friends at night! I think I got a total of 20 hours of sleep the whole time I was there and Nina probably got... 4? LOL It was a crazy week, but I wouldn't have rather spent it any other way! I got to eat so much food that I had been craving!!! And I went to Target almost every day! I have so many pictures to post so those will come soon!
New Years Eve was spent with Mitch & Marque @ Hulas! We almost rang in the countdown standing in line because it was so slow, but we finally made it in, met up with Rocky and rang in the new years in style w/ champagne and good friends!
Starting off the new year I didn't want to go out too much because even though I didn't make any resolutions, I wanted to pay off credit cards and make lots of money... especially after goin' crazy in Atlanta buying anything and everything! But Rocky had a fashion show at Hula's so we all wanted to go for that so after work we all headed over to Hula's, but unfortunately we made it just in time to miss it. Everyone came out for the show and we were all having a good time, but there was this one black tranny and her friend that was pissin' us all off all night and ended up with an all out brawl! Well... not exactly a brawl, but "her" and Rocky got into an altercation and it threw it's drink at him and busted up his eye! So Killa E, Gangsta Mitch and Old-School Marque were all up on the bitch and the tranny gets thrown out of Hulas and banned forever! We chase her out of Hulas and I swear, it was a scene from Real World, Bad Girls Club and I Love New York all up in one! Rocky had to get stitches, but is all healed by now. The tranny hasn't been seen since, but Hulas is the best bar in Waikiki and Rocky's man bartends there and went to the other gay bars/clubs and had them ban the tran too so where else is a tranny to go? I guess it fucked with the wrong ppl this time. Bitch.
Aside from tranny bashing, this month has been spent working, paying bills, saving money so we can move and relaxing as much as possible! Nina is coming out here (OFFICIALLY!!!) in the beginning of March and I can't stop thinking of everything I wanna take her to and all the good food we will eat and can't forget the drinks!!! Booze cruise fo' shoooo!!! I definitely wanna be out of this apartment by next month because the one we are in right now is stankyyy!!! Last night there were 6 cop cars right outside my window at 3am arresting these kids for smokin' pot! Snuck up to their van and flashed their lights in and busted them suckas! Normally I would be on the potheads side, but they were being so loud outside my window so that's what they get!
So judging from the year so far, 2009 is definitely gonna be a rollercoaster of good times! Stay Tuned!
